About me

I am based in India and have spent over 30 years researching and practicing meditation and yoga.1 Throughout this journey, I have explored how these practices can enhance our daily lives by increasing happiness, reducing stress, and addressing challenges such as physical pain. My extensive study of Indian spiritual texts, combined with practical experience in meditation, yoga, and pranayama (breathing exercises), has led me to understand and refine techniques taught in these texts, aimed at training the mind for greater joy and resilience against stress and pain. I believe the world should be paying more attention to these learnings – after all these same text taught yoga and meditation to us (things that Modern Science still doesn’t fully understand).

Professionally, I hold an engineering degree, a Post Graduate in Operations Management, and an MBA. My career has spanned multiple industries and countries, allowing me to blend spiritual wisdom with modern scientific research, experimentation, and productivity principles. I’ve applied these insights in high-pressure work environments, testing their effectiveness in real-world scenarios.

This website is a distillation of my decades-long journey in spiritual practice. My hope is to encourage more people to engage with meditation, yoga, and Indian spiritualism, leading them to the mental peace and happiness I’ve experienced. I hope your experience here is enriching. If you find value in what you read, please consider sharing it with others who might benefit as well.

Footnotes

1: Yoga is often misunderstood as just a set of physical exercises, but it’s much more than that. It’s a holistic practice designed to help individuals gain better control over their minds, leading to greater peace and happiness. Yoga is inclusive—it can be practiced by anyone, regardless of their religious beliefs, and it offers benefits to everyone, including those who don’t follow a particular faith. By focusing on mindfulness, balance, and inner harmony, yoga enhances overall well-being and personal growth.
